As I reflect on the journey we’ve taken together in the coffee industry, I am reminded of our roots and the immense responsibility we carry—not only to our team but to the communities that support us. Our story began in the 1970s as an abaca rope company, a family business that connected us to a resource dear and treasured in Philippine culture. Abaca is woven into our heritage, supporting local farmers and embodying the resilience and richness of our land.
This foundation instilled in us a profound respect for sustainable practices and a commitment to our people. Today, as we continue to grow in the coffee industry, this same sense of purpose drives us forward. Our work goes beyond coffee; it is a commitment to the families who depend on us, to the coffee farming communities we work closely with, and to the countless lives touched by every product we create.

With over 3,200 lives relying on us—from our employees’ families to the over 500 coffee farming families we support—I felt it was important to put these commitments into words.
