My journey to Gesha Village in Ethiopia was more than a trip; it was a revelation. Amidst the towering trees and serene isolation of the highlands, I discovered the depth of what coffee truly represents—its craftsmanship, the labor behind each bean, the unique flavors, and the innovation it inspires. In the Philippines, we have the potential to cultivate our own version of this magic, creating a sustainable ecosystem where our coffee farmers thrive and every cup tells a story. This dream goes beyond just producing coffee; it’s about building a legacy of pride, respect, and purpose—one that connects people, uplifts communities, and celebrates the profound value in each sip.
